i have an ipod 5th generation i bought from an ex friend and she rest it but it asks for her apple id and her password and she moved to hawii and changed her phone number any tips?????? if I cant fix this I am going to have to sell the iPod....

If you cannot locate her, then you just have an expensive paper weight. There is no way to remove the activation lock.

If this is activation lock you're talking about, nobody can use it until it is removed by her.
Have her remove the device from her account

Can't you just look her up in the Hawii phonebook and ask her for her apple id?
